Body & Mind. Pilates is an amazing full-body fitness method developed by Joseph H. Pilates that trains the body and the mind at the same time. Strength & flexibility. Its specifically designed exercises develop muscle strength and flexibility equally and in a uniquely efficient way. Core. It is one of the best types of workout for training your core, which is fundamental for good posture. Posture. Besides the tremendous core work, Pilates exercises strengthen small, postural muscles. This is the reason why many dancers, runners, athletes and people doing other sports take on Pilates as a secondary exercise type, because Pilates is a proven method to prevent injuries. Lean. Through sustained practise, you can improve your posture, coordination, lean body mass (it promotes weight-loss) and increase energy levels even by working out! Our classes of 3 to 6 participants ensure that we can correct your exercises.
